When Round Robin is the right format
In a Round Robin tournament, every player meets every other player. It is a transparent format for club championships, small invitationals and qualification groups because all participants face the same field.
A single Round Robin schedules one game between each pair of players. A double Round Robin schedules two, normally giving each player an opportunity with both colors against every opponent.
From player list to complete schedule
Once the participants and format are confirmed, the tournament manager can construct the round sequence. With an odd number of players, one participant receives a bye in each round; with an even number, every participant can be paired.
- Add and review all participants.
- Choose single or double Round Robin.
- Select the available schedule ordering.
- Generate the rounds and confirm player coverage.

Record results and follow the table
Each result contributes directly to the standings. Because the complete schedule is known, directors can see where the event is now and what remains to be played. Configured tie-breaks provide an additional order when players finish on the same score.
The tournament view keeps rounds, players and rankings connected, reducing the risk of maintaining separate spreadsheets or manually rebuilding the standings.
Export schedules and final standings
Pairings, rosters and rankings can be exported to PDF for display at the venue or distribution after the event. This produces a clear tournament record from the same data used to manage play.
